Let’s Work Together!

Let’s be real. A lot of creatives forget that the entertainment industry is first and foremost a business - an especially tough one at that. Like every business, it is founded on relationships formalized through contracts. Yet many artists struggle to read the legalese of these contracts, understand how these terms could impact their futures, and taking the time to assess their options. And with the rising influence of artificial intelligence in this business, it is imperative that actors, filmmakers, and writers become their own “Artist CEO” to ensure their works are protected. And that is where Michael (that’s me!) can help.

“With a lawyer’s mindset and an artist’s heart.”

As a graduate from Emory University School of Law, specializing in transactions and Intellectual Property law, Michael is well equipped with the knowledge and tools to fulfill your contract needs. As someone with over three years of corporate & legal experience while also working as a professional actor, he has strong, hybridized insight into both the business and artistic sides of this industry.
